Meet the new recruits

Over the summer months we have had the pleasure of welcoming new members of staff across the whole group.

While we greatly appreciate the loyalty that some long-standing members of staff reward our company with, it’s invigorating to attract young professionals as they are stepping up in their career. We are always open to spontaneous applications and our Human Resources Manager thrives in finding the right space within our group when she encounters deserving talent.

Simplex Turbulo has taken onboard three new employees:

• Paige Bayliss has joined our Customer Service teams as Sales Administrator. With her passion for horseback riding and the responsibilities of her own horse, she brings a sense of calm and dedication the team, fitting in it like a pair of riding boots,
• Mariana La Rocca has taken on the role of Sales Accounts Support. With her language skills and outgoing personality, she is assisting customers in Central and South America, working closely with Nicolás Rodríguez, our Business Representative in Spain,
• Jordan Lewis is our new Service Engineer joining the strong and close-knit team of engineers lead by our Service Manager Lee Pino. Jordan brings in a wealth of experience in the industry and a passion for photography we look forward to putting to good use at our annual conference next month. 

STW Engineering’s small team is also growing with Timo Zielinski in the role of Technical Purchasing Manager. Timo has been working closely with Katja Kaufmann, General Manager of our German sister company, and has hit the ground running. 

Joining SLX Group in the new role of Technical Sales Assistant was Luke Shadbolt. Supporting Richard Blair, our Operations Manager, Luke has already brought his technical background and proactive ideas to fruit, as well as showing his personable character and positive attitude.

We encourage personal development with in-house courses as well as external sessions, so we are always open to consider new ways our employees can thrive or find a new drive in their job. Wishing these young colleagues all the best in their career within our group, we hope that they enjoy working and growing together with the rest of the team.
