Successful MBO for SLX Group

Simplex-Turbulo, Lincoln Diesels, Dorman Diesels and STW Engineering (as part of the renamed SLX Group, formerly Simplex Engineering Group) is under new ownership and management after a successful MBO
It is with great pleasure that the new owners announce that the management team at Simplex Engineering has successfully completed an MBO (management buyout) of 100% of the group, including Simplex-Turbulo Co., Lincoln Diesels, Dorman Diesels and STW Engineering (GmbH). The purchase completed on 20th September 2022. Justin Brooking (CEO), Adrian Patterson (Sales and Marketing Director), Matthew Gibson (MD of STC and IT Director), Marcus Poole (Finance Director) and Michael Robinson (MD of LD), are the new owners and management team.
We would like to thank James and Clare Hogg, for their unparalleled stewardship of the group since 1985, and SKF Marine GmbH, for acting as part owner and principal for as many years.
