Welcome to our new website!

We are excited to present our new website: a complete restructuring behind its refreshed look always provides a way forward to find exactly what you require... and lots of useful new features.

We are proud of the final result and deeply appreciate the patient guidance that the brand and web development experts at Fruitful provided as they helped us to navigate through this process.  They were able to create a platform that performs brilliantly to our requirements, providing us with a fully flexible and versatile tool.

We are also extremely grateful to the customers who provided us with feedback at the beginning of this project. They highlighted some needed improvements and features from a user's perspective, helping us re-think the path on which we take visitors to our website.

Here are the main features of our new platform:

• Finding the way to what you need

We reorganised the categories of the products we offer and differentiated them by brand and industry as well.  This way our pages can be found more easily with a specific query on a search engine and therefore lead a user to what they need with fewer clicks.  

• Clear contact details at every step

It is important to us that a user can find not only the product they need but most importantly the person who can help them with their enquiry.  This is why we provide the details of a sales and a technical contact on every page that is related to the products or services we offer.

• The Global Network map
  

A new tool that we can customise fully and quickly to provide users with the contact details of the sales representative for their country.  

• The "No English?" button
  

We consider ourselves lucky to have a varied mix of nationalities within our group, with about 50% of our staff being non-UK native and speaking a foreign language as their mother tongue.  With the aim to provide an easier way to contact us for users who are not fluent or confident in English, our foreign colleagues have offered to support the initial correspondence in the user's preferred language.  We hope this can work as an "ice breaker" for new contacts.

• Who We Are

We have added a section dedicated to our past and our present.  The introduction by our CEO, Justin Brooking, and the light-hearted bios of the group owners and directors are followed by an interactive timeline of all the steps that led to where we are today.

• Our Team
  

A new page presenting everyone within our organisation.  We really appreciated the vast majority of our employees responded positively to having a profile on the website - we like to show our happy faces!  Whenever it's available, a little WhatsApp icon by a profile photo indicates the person can be contacted on this platform.
