Clements Marine marks the retirements of former MD Paul Williams

Clements Marine recently hosted a celebration to mark the retirement of former Managing Director and owner, Paul Williams.

Making the most of the fantastic weather, the team downed
tools and enjoyed a BBQ at the Clements facility in Bedfordshire to celebrate
Paul’s remarkable career.  Paul retires
after 30 years with Clements, including the last 26 years as owner.

Following Clements Marine's acquisition by SLX Group in
January this year, CEO Justin Brooking was on hand to thank Paul for his
outstanding contribution and wish him a long and happy retirement.

The day-to-day operations of the business will continue
under the leadership of General Manager Michael Major, who has been with the
company for more than 25 years, alongside Engineering Manager George Olphin,
with many years of experience as a propeller specialist.

To commemorate the occasion, Paul was presented with a
bespoke table featuring an engraved propeller, a fitting tribute to his years
of dedication and leadership at Clements Marine.
